"When a deep injury is done to us, we never recover until we forgive."
-Alan Paton
This is an outstanding statement by our very own Alan Paton. This statement expresses the benefits of forgiving. Personally i believe you should forgive no matter what happened, When someone spends there whole life reminiscing on something someone did it ruins the happiness within that person. A perfect example of forgiving was the video shown in class, although the reckless driver took 2 lives away the parents forgave him and reduced his trial to only 12 years. This comes to show that anyone can forgive no matter what happened.

"Dare to stand alone . Stand up for what is right, even if you stand alone."

-Thomas S. Monson

This is an outstanding quote by the great Thomas S. Monson. He gives us his opinion on standing alone. He would much rather do things himself then follow the crowds. An example of this is when friends invite you out to do things you are not supposed to do like drugs or alcohol and you have to choose either follow he crowd and try to fit in or stay home and stand alone doing the right thing. Personally i would rather stand alone than in bad company, choosing the right should be a priority to everyone if the want to be successful in life.
