I believe what Rachel did was right, but not everyone would react to finding a whole years worth of money in that way. She believes that she will be rewarded but it isn't always about the money it's more about treating others how you would like to be treated. Personally growing up my mom always taught me that when i do something unselfish other will look up to your example and do the same, making it an unselfish environment. But when people are only focused on themselves everyone is going to only do things that benefit themselves. Rachel now set the example and people will hopefully do what is right without being told to do so.
